Licenses
- Our software is free to use for yourself and others when you are a small company with 1 employee.
- When you develop websites/webapps for clients, you need to share part of the revenue with us for each project.
- You are not allowed to adjust the source code of our core product
- You are allowed to develop modules and themes for our product and charge your client for that, without paying us licensing fees.
- Hosting companies don’t need to pay us license fees

You are a reseller when you charge clients for a developed (white label) software solutions that include (parts of) Archimedes CMS.
For example: you create a website for your client where users can register to rent a house.
** Employee:
Someone that works full-time or part-time for your company, including the owner.
*** Archimedes Core:
Essential files and components that are needed for the system to function.
This is basically everything shipped with installation, including system-modules (marked with ‘sys’ designation).
Optional modules and optional themes are not part of Archimedes Core.
Optional contracts
Our philosophy is to service as many users for free as possible.
But we charge for using our time that we have to dedicate to you individually,
for example by providing support or developing custom features.

Custom features
For developing custom features or optimizations to existing features, we charge an hourly rate:
€ 299,- per hour excluding VAT.
